*Occasionally CDs + LPs will be the last copies we have in stock, so they may not always be sealed. However, we will do our best to provide you with sealed copies wherever possible.
*Shipping : Unless you pay for tracking, we are unable to track your orders. If you're worried, it's worth paying for it!
*International shipping : Please note you may be subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery. We will provide customs forms to the exterior of your parcel to make the process as fast as possible.
*Returns : If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We'll do our best to rectify the situation, whether it's providing you with a new copy or a refund. Occasionally, even though we pack our orders with record appropriate mailers as securely as possible, damages do occur. If you do receive a damaged item, please send us photos.
*Pre-orders : If your order combines pre-order release(s) and in-stock items, we will ask you to either pay some extra postage to get the in-store item(s) to you now, or ask you to hold on until the pre-order item is in stock.
